Why call a Lawyer Referral Service when there is so many auto accident attorneys who will give free consultations and only will seek payment from you if they win your case ??? The only reason people do it is because of the power of marketing. They flood the airways, TV ads, and billboards across the country so people think it must be a good service. They trick people by saying they provide “free referrals” when calling any accident attorney is free and all accident attorneys give free consultations. They also trick people by saying that they “choose” the lawyers in their service or network when that is the furthest thing from the trust. The lawyers used by these services are paying a monthly fee or are sending these clients of their own to these shady clinics.

Why isn’t this being exposed by some of the big law firms you see on TV? Because these lawyers are paying the fee to the lawyer referral service themselves and/or sending these shady clinics their clients. The lawyer referral service is usually owned by shady injury clinics who are interested in racking up money for their doctors or usually just chiropractors.
