Gary Huggins has practiced law for 20 years. As a graduate of the University of Central Florida, he received his Bachelor of Science and Business Administration. Mr. Huggins began his career in banking, commercial real estate, and business development.

As an attorney, he partnered with his wife and built a law practice that has a national presence while licensed in three jurisdictions. His wide range of experience includes legal representation from players in professional sports to pro-bono work helping those in the inner-city. Mr. Huggins has also led the way with non-profit organizations that support constitutional civil rights, including authorship of supporting briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Ever passionate about helping folks with their personal injury needs, Mr. Huggins is equally committed to assisting those who have been up against the “system.” He has sought financial relief for hundreds by assisting those with bankruptcy and foreclosure defense.

As an adoptive parent, he is proud to have helped expose an international adoption fraud scheme where he won compensation for many families that were harmed.

Mr. Huggins graduated from law school at Western Michigan University, where he served as Editor-In-Chief of the Law Review for Legal Ethics. This experience has given Mr. Huggins a passion for practicing law that continually results in the utmost integrity and loyalty to his clients.

Other academics include studies in Information Technology at the University of Maryland and a graduate thesis in Environmental Chemistry at Florida Atlantic University.

Gary’s personal life includes his two wonderful daughters, along with involvement in his local Church. His volunteer work has spanned from the development of outdoor youth- sports to assisting in the creation of the Smithsonian Institution’s first “21st Century Smart museum.”
